Background/Problem Statement

Social work often involves an uncharted terrain. Therefore, it is impossible to gain the skills and experience needed to fare well in the field through classroom training and books. Hence, without targeting specific skills through different mediums and being on the field simultaneously would be a difficult ride.

Understanding this struggle and the shortage of social work courses in India, we came up with this customised programme.

Vision
To give student social workers, aspiring social workers, and social entrepreneurs, practical training and approach to pursuing their dream.

How will we do it?
The programme will be a culmination of exciting, challenging and engaging individual & group activities, meaningful videos, group discussions, talks by practicing professionals, field visits, peer learning, to name a few.

Who should do it?
The programme is aimed at Masters in Social Work (MSW) students, aspiring social entrepreneurs, CSR & NGO representatives.
Total intake of participants : 20 numbers only

Faculty
The trainers are professionals from voluntary organisations as well as experts and experienced in the field of corporate & leadership training. The faculty uses experiential education methods to train the participants.

Fees
Total course fees - Rs. 18,000
Per module - Rs. 2,000
The fee includes programme material, food and stay cost. Transportation expenses, to and from the programme venue and field visit is to be borne by the participant.
